licensed, shared commercial kitchen space for your new or existing culinary business.  We've got rental plans to fit your needs, tailored to how often you plan to whip up your creations each month. Just a heads-up—availability is limited since our wholesale biz keeps this kitchen buzzing! 🍪🔥

How it works

Kick things off by filling out a quick questionnaire about your business, how often you’ll be using the space, and your storage needs. If it’s a match made in kitchen heaven, we’ll set you up with the right paperwork to lock in your permit—whether it’s from the Snohomish County Health Dept. (for retail) or the Washington State Dept. of Agriculture (for wholesale). Let’s get you cooking! 🍽️✨ Note it is currently taking 8-16 weeks to secure said permits.

Once you have your permit the following is required for rental:

  1. $75 application fee

  2. Valid and current State of Washington business License (copy)

  3. Food Handler’s Permit for each person working in kitchen (copy)

  4. Proof of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 Million per occurrence and $2 Million aggregate, with Marysville Kitchen listed as additionally insured

  5. Applicable Snohomish County Public Health Food Business Permit or WA State Department of Agriculture Wholesale License (original to be displayed at the kitchen) 

  6. Security deposit (see below)

The Prep Plan - $450/M

  • 1-2 people working up to 20 hours per month. Hours in excess of 20 will be billed at $24/hour, additional staff (no more than 2) will be billed at $25/day/staff member.

  • 1 shelf of dry storage are included, as required by the Snohomish County Health Department. Extra storage is available to purchase.

  • One door of refrigerator storage

  • $525 - This includes a non-refundable $75 application fee

  • 1-2 people working up to 40 hours per month. Hours in excess of 40 will be billed at $20/hour, additional staff (no more than 2) will be billed at $25/day/staff member.

  • 2 shelves of dry storage are included. Extra storage is available to purchase.

  • One door of refrigerator storage as required by the Snohomish County Health Department.

  • $800 - This includes a non-refundable $75 application fee

The Prep Plan - $450/M

  • 1-2 people working up to 60 hours per month. Hours in excess of 60 will be billed at $17/hour, additional staff (no more than 2) will be billed at $25/day/staff member.

  • 3 shelves of dry storage are included. Extra storage is available to purchase

  • One door of refrigerator storage as required by the Snohomish County Health Department.

  • $975 - This includes a $75 non-refundable application fee.

Cleaning & Supplies: Keep It Fresh, Keep It Flowing!

Every tenant is in charge of cleaning and sanitizing all the kitchen spaces and gear they use—big or small! That means equipment, tables, sinks, walls, floors, and dish stations all get the sparkle treatment after use.

We’ve got you covered with all the cleaning essentials, including towels, and we’ll handle periodic deep cleans to keep things running smoothly.

You bring your own aprons, chef coats, hats, and linens—and don’t forget to take them home daily for a fresh wash. Plus, you’ll need to stock up on your own gloves, hairnets, foil, plastic wrap, parchment, and food storage bags. Teamwork makes the kitchen work! 🍽✨

Dry & Cold Storage

Dry Storage: Each Rack Shelf, 4’w x 1.5’d x 1.5’h = $20 per month
Full Metro Rack 4’w x 1.5’d x 5 shelves = $90 per month

Cold Storage: Each Shelf in 2- or 3-Door Refrigerator = $35/month
Full door in 2- or 3-Door Refrigerator = $125
